Self-esteem to live well

With the theme, The Power of Self-Esteem, the Well-Being Seminar, conducted by Marie Claire magazine, was sponsored by Newcare and Avon. "This year, the theme discusses the importance of this feeling that permeates our entire life," said Mônica Serino, editor-in-chief of Marie Claire. The seminar was divided into three panels: Self-esteem and the Mirror; Self-esteem and Relationships; and Self Esteem and Virtual Universe. Among the guests, model Isabella Fiorentino, singers Ed Motta and Ana Cañas, journalist Monica Waldvogel and actor Dan Stulbach.
